The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed , unused , undamaged and with all original tags attached within 20 days for international orders, and 7 days for local orders.
The following products are non-exchangeable include: swimwear , intimates and accessories.

Exchanges in store : you can exchange your order in the store during our opening hours Monday-Saturday (10 am - 7 pm)
All international orders should be returned through arrangements with any postal carrier to our return center. Shipping and handling chargers on exchanged merchandises are on the clients expenses. Once we receive your return a gift card will automatically issued to your e-mail. We do not offer any type of refunds . The store credit issued does no include the original shipping charges.
